CIP cleaning system working principle:

CIP cleaning systems use specific procedures and pumping systems to deliver water and cleaning fluids to the inside of the equipment for automatic cleaning. The cleaning process is usually operated in closed production equipment, tank containers and pipes, which greatly reduces the chance of secondary contamination.

CIP cleaning equipment process:

1, preparation stage: Prepare cleaning agent and equipment, cleaning agent is usually a solution containing cleaning agent and disinfectant.

2, forward phase: remove the residue in the production process.

3, cycle stage: Start the cycle process to ensure that the equipment is thoroughly cleaned.

4, after punching stage: ensure that the cleaning agent in the equipment is completely removed.

5, inspection stage: Check the equipment to ensure that there is no residue.

6, residual liquid treatment: the waste liquid generated during the cleaning process needs to be treated.

7, record and maintenance: record the parameters and results of each step, help to track the cleaning history of the equipment, find problems and maintenance.
